Paul Tronchin owner

Paul Tronchin, hailing from Leduc, Alberta, is a seasoned hockey coach with over 17 years of experience, particularly in goaltending. He has significantly contributed to the development of young athletes in the region.

In the 2024-25 season, Tronchin took on the role of Head Coach for the U15 AA team at the Leduc Minor Hockey Association (LMHA), furthering his commitment to nurturing young talent.

Beyond team coaching, Tronchin is the founder of Complete Goalie & Player +, where he imparts his expertise to at all players. His dedication to advancing the skills and mental resilience of goalies and players is evident in his personalized coaching approach.

Paul's coaching philosophy has been shaped by mentorship under Mitch Korn, the renowned goalie director of the Nashville Predators. This experience has enriched his understanding of player development and team dynamics at the highest levels of hockey.

Additionally, Tronchin served as the Head of Goaltending for two years at the Edmonton Oilers Summer Hockey School, where he played a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring goaltenders.

    Josh was was a student and now is my head instructor. He is so knowledgeable in the game of hockey and can see the little things that a goalie needs to work on right away. The most important thing is that he cares for the players and wants them to succeed and become the best player that they can.

  • Jordan Gagnon

    Head of Player Development

    Jordan's hockey journey took him through some of the most competitive leagues in Canada. He played for the North Battleford North Stars in the SJHL and the Swan Valley Stampeders in the MJHL, where he honed his defensive skills and leadership qualities. After his junior career, Jordan continued to develop his game at Alvernia University, where he played NCAA Division III hockey. Now he has signed with the Birmingham Bulls of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) for this coming season.
